Customs and Import Duties

Returns and Refunds

Returned products must be:

  • In resalable condition

Customized or personalized products cannot be returned unless defective.

Refunds will be processed after inspection of the returned goods.

Warranty

Damage caused by misuse, improper installation, accidents, unauthorized modifications, or normal wear and tear is not covered.
