The fastest way to ensure you get the item you want is to return the item you have. Once your return has been accepted, you can place a separate order for the new item.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without providing a justification.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition in which you received it: unused, with all original tags attached, and in its original packaging. You must also provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once we have received and inspected your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be issued automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund to your account.
